We have three US investment locations that offer the prospect of above average capital growth in the medium term, say 3-10 years. And whilst you wait for the growth, your USA investment property will be delivering excellent income - typically 8%-15% pa net rental yields!

3. Maximum Profits (from quick turn property)

Investors wanting to make money quickly can benefit from the Axis Maximum Profits strategy. This offers a typical 30% - 50% ROI (return on investment) in just 12 months, from selected US investment properties.

Where do we offer property for sale in the USA?

USA map Axis offers four locations in the USA which have been carefully chosen for three specific reasons:

USA property investment - how much can you expect to invest?

US investment in property Currently, the majority of US investment property requires a cash purchase. However, the starting prices are so low that for many investors this still makes US property investment a real possibility.

US investment property is currently available from around US $25,000 (c. £16,000) plus fees. Most of our US properties are priced between $25,000 and $80,000, but there are a few exceptional investment opportunities that are higher in cost.

Investors looking for maximum leverage through borrowing should note that we occassionally have US property for sale with financing of between 50% and 70% of the purchase price, thus reducing the deposit to as little as 30%. It is only available on selected property in specific locations. This can reduce investment in US property to as little as $15,000 (c. £9,500) plus fees.

Please remember that if you purchase a property for (say) $50,000 in one of our Florida locations it would previously have sold at around $195,000 - a quite exceptional reduction and one that unlines the value available today for investors in US property. 


The four principles of property investment in the USA

Axis focuses on four critical factors which are vitally important to your successful US property investment:

Below market value pricing - we believe that clients should make money when they invest in their US property. The core of Axis sourcing skill is in finding and negotiating deal at up to 40% below current valuation and up to 74% below previous peak pricing. You can anticipate substantial equity in your US property when you invest!

Positive rental yield  - making sure that you earn a good income from the start. All Axis property investments in the USA offer an excellent rental yield which can reach 22% net (after costs and expenses) per annum!

Use of leverage and/or velocity - our American investment strategies increase investor returns and profit, by the use of leverage (borrowing), which means you invest less cash, and/or through velocity (buying in locations that will recover faster than average).

These strategies for USA investment can increase your capital growth to as much as 500% in five years!* (*subject to status and investment performance in the future)

Clear exit strategy - buying is easy, achieving your profit is what matters. This is particularly important when you expect to resell your US property in a short to medium term time frame.
