Are Quick Cash Profits Really Achievable With Property?

Axis offers property investors the opportunity to target a 20% profit on their capital in 120-150 days.

From our conversations with investors, some clearly understand the huge significant of these numbers right away. But translating numbers in true understanding can be elusive, so let's dissect this property opportunity and what it can deliver for you.

Level One - Straight investment comparison

OK, so you've got money saved up, or maybe equity in a property, or maybe stocks and shares.. whatever.

What rate of return are you getting on your money now? From savings.. 1% to 5% depending on the deal. From property... 0% if no capital growth and no income (as in your own house!). You get the idea.

How does 20% return on your money compare with the alternatives? Sounds good, but we need to add one more factor to make the comparison genuine. We are talking 20% in 120-150 days. Our other measures of investment return are per year.

20% per 120 days is 60% profit on your money in 12 months. Is that interesting? I hope so! For most investors it's about 20 TIMES MORE than they currently receive.

Let's put it in money terms. Say you have £50,000 invested at 3% return. That brings you £1,500 gross per year.

Now suppose you get 60% return - that's £30,000 gross per year.

What difference would this make for you? £30,000 instead of £1,500?

I reckon I'm on a safe bet if I assume it could make an astonishing difference to your life. More cash to spend. More investments to make. More security to provide for retirement. In fact for most people this would be a complete life change.

Now here's the key-  we REALLY CAN SHOW YOU HOW TO ACHIEVE NUMBERS LIKE THIS!

Interested? I do hope so.

Level Two - Building a 'Cash Engine' to Fund Your Portfolio

Property Investment money tree The big challenge for most property investors is that they have limited funds. Once the funds are invested then the growth of the portfolio stops for at least a few years, until prices rise and property can be remortgaged at a higher price.

Whether you have £50,000 or £500,000 this can be a real restriction in building the kind of portfolio that you would ideally like to have.

There are two ways that Axis can help investors with fixed levels of investment funds:

1. Assisted Finance creating 'Low Money Down' deals. These typically reduce the investment in a deal from £25,000 to £50,000 down to £5,000 to £10,000. We can help make your money go FIVE TIMES further! Watch out for details within each Property Deal that we release.

2. Start your own Cash Engine

This is where it gets really exciting. Let's say that you have £100,000 to invest (I know that many investors don't have this amount, but I want to make the numbers easy to understand).

Then we assume that property prices double over the next ten years (eight years has been more typical of the UK since the second world war).

Here are four alternatives:

  1. Purchase one property for cash. Then in 10 years you make £100K - that's 100% return on your capital
  2. Purchase four properties the 'standard' way, using £25,000 cash deposit in each one plus £75,000 mortgage. In ten years you have made £400K - that's 400% return on your capital. This is what most investors do.
  3. Purchase 12 properties using £8K for each - the Axis 'Assisted Finance' way. In ten years you have made £1,2M - a 1200% return on your investment. This is what many Axis clients do - particularly those with limited funds.
  4. Start your own cash machine! Invest in our "Quick Cash Profits" deal. Let's say you invest in three of our Quick Cash Profits deals at £33K each. Approx every 120 days you will generate £20K of profit, or £60K over a year. Do the same again in the second year, including your re-invested profits, and you would have around £250K in capital by the end of the second year - that's a great way to build short term capital which you can then leverage into longer term investments. In fact by year three you could be earning around £100K of INCOME every year from the Rapid Cash Profit Strategy, starting with £100K!

This should be very interesting. Instead of limited cash interest from your savings, you now have a fountain of cash that keeps generating money every few months.

What difference would this make to you? You can keep your capital intact, plus keep building your portfolio.

I think this is exciting! VERY EXCITING!

Ready to start your own Cash Engine and join our existing clients who are already in the 'money making system'? What do you need to have? A minimum of £40,000 in free cash. That will generate typically £8,000 every 120-150 days or around £24,000 a year depending on how fast your money turns over.

Oh, just in case you are wondering.. this is a property investment deal where we buy repossessed property, refurbish and resell into the local market very quickly. It's an ideal package for armchair investors - everything is taken care of.
