The profit is yours. No sharing with our partners.
Now our properties have an increased profit of 25% in 6 months, up from 20%!
Every property comes with a tenant/buyer on the FHA program at the point that you complete the purchase. No risk of delay because they sign the lease purchase contract at the same time that you sign to buy the property!

This improvements mean reduced risk, more profit, clearer timescale and an improved deal allround for the investor.
