Memphis Revisited - Quick Cash Profits Improved
Since Autumn 2009 we have been finding repossessions in Memphis USA, completing refurbishment work and then re-selling the property to the local market.
Investors have benefited from c. 20% profit on their cash in typically a six month timescale. We call this our 'Quick Cash Profit' strategy and overall it has delivered what we promised.

- All properties are at a fixed price, excluding closing costs and Axis fees. No need to work through long lists of costs, including refurbishment.
- The profit is yours. No sharing with our partners.
- Now our properties have an increased profit of 25% in 6 months, up from 20%!
- Every property comes with a tenant/buyer on the FHA program at the point that you complete the purchase. No risk of delay because they sign the lease purchase contract at the same time that you sign to buy the property!
This improvements mean reduced risk, more profit, clearer timescale and an improved deal allround for the investor.
