Six months ago we were allocated a few of these houses which were purchased by our investors. Now we have negotiated an even lower price and have even better finance available! Bottom line - just five houses available from £2,200 total investment!

What do we like?
Bank repossessions and incredible value at £87,300. This represents 27.2% discount on the RICS valuation, but we should say that these were valued at £159,000 just two years ago which we think represents fair value. So you'd be buying at 45% below peak pricing which makes a superb investment opportunity.
Rental yields are good for houses, and of course you won't be paying service charges or ground rent. There are very few other properties for rent in the area and these will, in our view, easy to let.
