To be considered for Diamond Club membership you should have:

• At least £50,000 of immediately available investment capital
• An intention to create a portfolio of at least five properties in the next 12 months
• A willingness to work with us on a personal basis

If you are invited to join the Diamond Club you will be in a small, select group of like-minded individuals who share similar aspirations and are clearly already successful in their own endeavours. Diamond Club members form a Mastermind Group, which we facilitate. You can expect to give and receive ideas, inspiration and support from others in the group.

There is a joining fee and an annual subscription fee for those invited to become a member. This will be discussed during our call. The fee is unlikely to be a concern to a client who meets the selection criteria we have outlined.
