Buffalo a Robust Cash Flow strategy
Investment in Buffalo is for clients with some cash resources looking for high returns but with minimal involvement. Whilst properties have to be purchased for cash, in the medium term we expect that investors building a portfolio, particularly within a LLC, will be able to refinance at around 60% of valuation. With the current uncertainty of property finance in the US please do not rely on this, but our view is that within 12‐36 months it will be a realistic option.
