You can't arrange NMD deals on our multi-let or HMO property because in general the investors pays the market price. This is because to find suitable property and then refurbish to the required government standard is very expensive. The investor will make good income in the short term and good capital growth long term as the property cycle turns. Our HMO's and multilets are targeted at cash-rich investors rather than NMD. We have other property and strategies for NMD investors.
